As a tax-exempt nonprofit, Hope Brokers cannot actively promote any specific candidates or pieces of legislation. Instead, Hope Brokers works to educate everyday people on the matters being discussed at both the local and state level, proactively creating partnerships between organizations and recruiting fellow organizers with shared values to come to the table. Hope Brokers is a movement organization dedicated to "relational organizing," and we frequently put together community listening sessions, potlucks, and other community events where local people can share their personal stories and work together to build meaningful and viable solutions to their problems.
